This policy is issued under Colombia's Ley 1581 of 2012 and Decreto 1377 of 2013.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Name, WhatsApp, email, neighbourhood and property details (landlords); dates, length and type of stay (tenants). Later, for identity verification: an ID document and a face photo (sensitive biometric data), only with your express consent and through a specialist provider.

3. Purposes

• Contacting you by WhatsApp or email about the service you asked for.
• Managing your listing, registration, verification and rental requests.
• Sending service information, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Meeting legal obligations and preventing fraud.

4. Your rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, withdraw your consent, ask for proof of it, and complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Email citysolpropiedades@gmail.com; we answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days.

5. Sensitive data

You're not obliged to authorise the processing of sensitive data. If you do, for identity verification, it is used only for that purpose.

6. Security and transfers

We apply reasonable security measures. We use technology providers (hosting, database, identity verification and payments) that may be outside Colombia and that process data on our instructions.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as it's needed for these purposes or the law requires.
